What your notice must include

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (such as a URL) for us to locate it.
4. Your contact information — name, address, telephone number, and email.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.

Our process

On receiving a valid notice, we will review it promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material and notify the affected party. We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, disable or terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected] containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, and your contact information with consent to jurisdiction as required by applicable law.
