Medionews (“we”, “us”, the “Service”) is operated by Larnos Business Media Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus with its registered office at Smirnis 48, Apt 402, 1026 Nicosia, Cyprus. By using medionews.tv you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
Medionews is a paid-subscription web video service that publishes a daily, human-curated ranking of thirty business and markets briefings, refreshed each day at 00:00 in your local timezone. Non-members may view a limited number of free preview picks; full access requires a trial or active membership. The Service is provided over the web only; we do not currently provide native, smart-TV, or downloadable applications.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. Membership is intended for a single member, and we may apply reasonable limits on concurrent use to keep the Service sustainable.
4. Free trial
We offer a 7-day free trial with full access. We disclose the renewal price before you provide payment details. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends, and no charge will be made if you cancel in time.
5. Subscription, renewal, and cancellation
- After the trial, membership renews automatically at the price shown ($10/month or $99/year) until you cancel.
- We state the exact renewal amount and billing cycle before payment.
- You may cancel at any time in one click; cancellation stops future renewals and you retain access until the end of the current paid period.
- Taxes may apply depending on your location and are shown at checkout.
6. Refunds
A 7-day money-back guarantee applies to your first paid charge, as described on our Refund page. Statutory rights, where they apply, are unaffected.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, redistribute, scrape, or resell the Service or its content, circumvent access controls, or use the Service unlawfully. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
8. Intellectual property
Content surfaced by Medionews remains the property of its respective rights holders; our editorial selection, rankings, and presentation are ours. See our Content Policy and DMCA page for rights and takedown matters.
9. Disclaimers
Medionews is an editorial product and does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Nothing on the Service is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; we will post the revised effective date here and, where appropriate, notify members. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and the courts of the United Kingdom have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
