We want you to try Medionews with confidence. Two protections cover you: the free trial, and a money-back guarantee on your first paid charge.
1. The 7-day free trial
Every membership begins with a 7-day free trial. During the trial you have full access to all thirty daily picks and the briefing archive. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged — there is nothing to refund because no payment is taken.
2. 7-day money-back on your first paid charge
If you are charged for your first paid period and decide the Service isn’t worth it, you can request a full refund of that first charge within 7 days of the charge date.
3. Renewals after the first charge
Subsequent renewals are not automatically covered by the money-back guarantee, but you can cancel at any time in one click to stop future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid period. If you believe a renewal was charged in error, contact [email protected] and we will review it fairly.
4. Statutory rights
This policy is in addition to any statutory cancellation or refund rights you have under the consumer law of your country of residence, which are unaffected.
