We only share data with processors that are actually used to run the Service — for example, hosting and, once connected, a payment provider. Where a processor is engaged, it acts on our instructions under a data-processing agreement. This build does not yet have a live payment provider connected; until one is, no payment data is processed.

We keep account and billing data for as long as you hold a membership and thereafter only as long as needed for legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed.

- Withdrawal of consent at any time (without affecting prior processing).
