Trial & billingHow does the free trial work?
You start a 7-day free trial with full access to all thirty daily picks and the briefing archive. We tell you the renewal price up front, you can cancel any time before the trial ends, and you won’t be charged if you cancel in time. The trial is intended to let you experience a full week of editions before any money changes hands.
What if I don’t like it?
Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. If you’re charged for your first paid period and it isn’t worth it, our 7-day money-back guarantee on that first charge applies — just email [email protected] within 7 days of the charge and we’ll process the refund. Details are on the Refund page.
Will I be charged automatically?
Yes — like most subscriptions, membership renews automatically at the price shown until you cancel. We state the exact renewal amount and cycle ($10/month or $99/year) before you ever enter payment details, and cancellation is one click. We do not bury the renewal terms.
Is my payment information secure?
Payments are processed over an encrypted (SSL) connection. The current site shows a neutral checkout stub until live payment setup is connected, and we never store raw card details ourselves. When a payment provider is live, card handling is performed by that provider, not stored by us.
What devices can I watch on?
Medionews is a web product that works in any modern browser on desktop, tablet, and phone. We don’t currently offer native mobile, smart-TV, or downloadable apps, and we don’t claim to. If that changes, we’ll say so explicitly rather than implying support we don’t have.
Can I download briefings to watch offline?
No. Medionews is streaming-only over the web today. We don’t offer offline downloads, and we won’t pretend to until we actually build it.
Can I share my account?
Membership is intended for a single member. We may apply reasonable limits on concurrent use to keep the service sustainable, as described in our Terms.
How are the thirty picks selected?
A human editorial desk watches the day’s business and markets video and ranks the thirty briefings that most moved capital or context. It’s editorial judgement, not an engagement algorithm chasing watch time. The desk argues it out every weekday and credits the work it ranks.
When does the ranking refresh?
The ranking resets every day at 00:00 in your own device’s local timezone. The countdown on the page shows exactly how long until the next refresh, so you always know when a fresh edition is coming.
Does the same story stay #1 forever?
No. The ranking is rebuilt daily, so #1 changes as the news does. A story that topped the list yesterday may not appear at all today.
Can I submit a briefing or pitch coverage?
Yes — we welcome tips, source material, and creator submissions. Email [email protected] with what you’ve got; details are on our Contact page. Submission does not guarantee placement; the ranking remains editorial.
